With the news this week that the UK is now officially one of the worst performing major economies in the world, it’s a good time to reflect on the shock waves caused by the Brexit vote in 2016.

Rising inflation has added to living costs of the average Brit, putting a strain on household finances. It’s still unclear how leaving the EU will play out for the UK economy over the long term, in the short term it’s going to be a rough ride.
